نشست خبری کمیسیون مستقل حقوق بشر در خصوص جلوگیری از شکنجه مجرمان

<div style="direction: rtl; text-align: justify;">سیما سمر؛ رییس کمیسیون مستقل حقوق بشر از نهادهای امنیتی کشور خواست که مجرمان و متهمان به سرقت، انفجار و انتحار را مورد شکنجه قرار ندهند. </div>
<div style="direction: rtl; text-align: justify;">خانم سمر امروز(سه شنبه) در یک برنامه مشورتی در کابل گفت: قانون، شکنجه و تحقیر را نمی پذیرد؛ شکنجه زیاد باعث اعتراف به کارهای نکردهی متهمان می شود. </div>
<div style="direction: rtl; text-align: justify;">وی تصریح کرد: جزا و شکنجه فرق دارد و نباید سوءظن ایجاد شود که کمیسیون مخالف مجازات مجرمان می باشد؛ بلکه افراد مجرم باید سلب آزادی شوند و مجازات خود را ببینند. </div>
<div style="direction: rtl; text-align: justify;">کمیسیون مستقل حقوق بشر بارها رفتار نهادهای امنیتی با مجرمان را مورد انتقاد قرار داده است. </div>

<div>در کارگاه مشورتی امروز تدوین پلان استراتیژیک؛ رییس کمیسیون مستقل حقوق بشر به انتقال امنیتی، سیاسی و اقتصادی اشاره کرد و ابراز نگرانی نمود. </div>
<div>خانم سمر ابراز کرد در پروسه انتقال امنیتی هیچ زنی وجود ندارد و برابری جنسیتی در آن رعایت نشده است. </div>
<div>وی بر این عقیده است که زنان باید در همه عرصهها حضور فعالی داشته باشند. </div>
<div>سیما سمر در قسمتی دیگر از سخنانش افزود؛ در عرصه انتقال سیاسی پیشرفت های خوبی داشته ایم و شرکت نامزدان در مناظره ها و پاسخگویی به سوال مخاطبان نمونه ای از مدنیت می باشد. </div>
<div>وی از کم شدن کمک های خارجی در سال جدید میلادی ابراز نگرانی کرد و ضعف اقتصادی در خانواده ها را عامل اصلی خشونت در جامعه افغانستان بیان کرد. </div>
