<p style="text-align: justify;">پس از آنکه رئیس کمیسیون مستقل انتخابات ساعت 7 صبح امروز اولین رأی را به صندوق انداخت، روند رأی‌گیری در سراسر افغانستان به صورت رسمی آغاز شد و مردم  گروه گروه برای رأی‌دهی به پای صندوق‌های رأی می‌روند.<br /> با آنکه هنوز اول صبح است، اما با نگاهی به شور و اشتیاق و حضور آنان در پای صندوق‌های رأی انتظار می‌رود این بار نیز همانند 16 حمل مردم به صورت گسترده در انتخابات شرکت کنند.<br /> هم‌اکنون صف‎های طولانی در مراکز رأی‌گیری ایجاد شده است.</p> <center style="margin: 0px;
