According to the official announcement of Iran's Ministry of Interior and the directive issued to Kefalat offices, the process of distributing Amayesh cards and temporary cards for foreign nationals has undergone a fundamental change this year. Accordingly, all issued cards (including Amayesh cards and temporary cards) will no longer be handed over through Kefalat offices. Instead, after printing, they will be sent directly via postal services to the address registered in the system, delivered to recipients' doorsteps.

Key details of this plan are as follows:

Delivery Method: All cards will be sent via postal services to the address and postal code recorded in each household's file.

Postage Cost: The postage fee for each household has been set at 320,000 Tomans, which applicants are required to pay on the appointment day (when visiting the Kefalat office).

Address Responsibility: Kefalat offices bear no responsibility for the physical delivery of the cards. Providing an accurate address and correct postal code is entirely the responsibility of the applicant.

Undelivered Cards: If for any reason (such as incomplete address, absence, or change of residence) the card does not reach the applicant, the package will be returned to the General Department of Foreign Nationals and Immigrants of the province, and it will not be resent via post.

Important Warning:
Given that no cards will be delivered at Kefalat offices this year, it is strongly recommended that before taking any action, you update your address and 10-digit postal code in the system to prevent future problems and your card from being left in limbo.
