Secretary-General of Afghanistan's National Welfare Party Offers Condolences on the Passing of the Leader of Hezbollah Afghanistan

The text of the message by the Secretary-General of the National Welfare Party of Afghanistan reads:

In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
"Give glad tidings to the patient, who, when disaster strikes them, say, 'Indeed we belong to God, and indeed to Him we will return.'" (Quran 2:155-156)

With profound sorrow and grief, I learned that the tireless mujahid and combatant, Hajj Qari Ahmad Ali Ghordarwazi, the late leader of Hezbollah Afghanistan, has bid farewell to this mortal world and joined the Almighty. The passing of such a noble man, who devoted his blessed life to serving the people and the distressed Shiite community, is undoubtedly an irreparable loss – for his comrades and fellow fighters in Hezbollah Afghanistan and the southwest region, and for the Muslim and devout people of Afghanistan. Mr. Qari Ahmad Ali Ghordarwazi was among the few mujahideen and combatants whose record included adherence to the line of Wilayat al-Faqih and the late Imam Khamenei (may God have mercy on him). May his soul rest in peace and his memory be cherished.
