Qalibaf: Five gold medals reflect generation building a stronger future for Iran

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB, in his congratulatory message, Qalibaf said the Iranian national astronomy and astrophysics Olympiad team’s impressive championship at the 19th International Olympiad and its winning of five gold medals is a valuable achievement for Iran and a sign of the abilities of young people who demonstrated their capabilities in the best possible way at one of the world’s most challenging scientific competitions.

He said the achievement came for the third consecutive time, with years of hard work, training, study and perseverance by the young participants and their coaches behind each of the medals, raising Iran’s flag at the highest levels of scientific achievement.

The message further said that today, more than ever, trust must be placed in the knowledge and abilities of Iranian youth. A country that gives its young people opportunities, values science and replaces doubt with self-confidence builds its future with its own hands and can withstand sanctions and blockade.

Qalibaf stressed that the five gold medals are a message from a generation capable of solving difficult problems, pushing back the boundaries of knowledge and building a stronger future for Iran.
