Attention: Respected Holders of the "Amayesh" Card
Dear respected migrants residing within the jurisdiction of this consulate (the provinces of Razavi Khorasan, North Khorasan, South Khorasan, and Golestan) who hold an Amayesh card and wish to apply for special identity confirmation (Tathbit-e-Hoviyat-e-Vižeh), please observe the following points and may apply for an appointment through the provided link. You must visit the Special Identity Confirmation Center of this consulate only on the date specified in your appointment:
The applicant must personally hold a Tazkera (Afghan national identity document).
If the applicant does not hold a Tazkera, the Tazkera of one of their immediate relatives (father, brother, or sister) is mandatory.
If the applicant does not hold a Tazkera and cannot provide the Tazkera of one of the above-mentioned primary relatives, they may apply for identity confirmation by providing the Tazkera of one of the following relatives (grandfather, nephew, paternal uncle, cousin (son of paternal uncle), or paternal aunt) along with the father's identity documents, such as the Amayesh card, census sheet, death certificate, or military discharge papers.
For the identity confirmation of children, the submission of a birth certificate is required. In the absence of a birth certificate, a DNA test approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran is mandatory.
Those applicants who hold an Amayesh card and have previously registered for an appointment for identity confirmation must register again through the link below. (Previous registrations are no longer valid).
Each member of the family must register and obtain an appointment separately and individually.
